A big milestone for Big 4 Transparency!
This edition of the newsletter is going to be short and sweet. I have an awesome win for Big 4 Transparency I wanted to share out with you all, and some amazing roles I’m helping fill that I wanted to share out for anyone looking to make a move before the holidays.
The News
I’m excited to share that Accounting Today named me to their “2025 Ones to Watch” list as part of their annual Top 100 Most Influential People list.
It’s a huge honour, especially coming on the heels of a few conferences where I had the chance to present Big 4 Transparency data and as I close in on recording my 100th podcast episode. Hosting conversations with firm leaders has been one of the best accelerators to audience building as well as understanding the intricacies and evolution of the profession. If you’ve ever considered starting a podcast yourself, I can’t recommend it enough.
This is also a huge win for Big 4 Transparency and what we stand for. I’m a firm believer that compensation being a taboo topic where conversations all happen behind closed doors should be a relic of the past. Recognition on this list is a signal to me that what we’re doing is working, and the collective voice of the industry that we’re able to represent when it comes to compensation and job satisfaction is starting to be heard more broadly, and I want to thank you all for that and for being a part of this journey.
The Roles
I’ve mentioned this in the past, but Big 4 Transparency supports the firms we work with on compensation benchmarking with sourcing great candidates through our talent pool. When dealing with these firms, you know that you’re dealing with firms who care about their people enough to sign up to our compensation benchmarking tool to make sure they're keeping up with the latest salary trends, and as a sweetener to the whole deal, we’ll even pay you $1,000 as a thank-you once you make it passed the 3 month mark in your new job.
